MTM values every Young Person who attends our projects, and expects that Young People also value the Youth Workers and resources at our sessions.

This means that stealing resources from the projects, or the belongings/valuables of Youth Workers or Young People will not be tolerated.

Any incident will be reported to the Lead Worker or the MTM Directors, and will be investigated. 

This may result in young people not being able to attend further sessions; workers being suspended; or projects being closed for a fixed period of time.
